Shipping Policy

All goods are carefully wrapped for shipping using recorded delivery, and therefore will require a signature on delivery. We are unable to guarantee a delivery time. Please telephone or email me if you would like to discuss an urgent delivery (extra charges may apply). Plates can be sent directly to the recipient if requested, and you may request for a message to be included with the shipment. Orders are usually dispatched within 28 days.

UK postage is £10 for a single item.

Return & Exchange Policy

I have a 30 day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact me as soon as possible if the items is damaged or defective in any way. The cost of returning goods will be borne by you.
